Using the portal

The application lets WaterMax clients follow their water systems, service history, quotations and invoices, and lets WaterMax staff run the work behind them. It is provided to support your dealings with WaterMax and does not replace any written agreement you have with WaterMax.

Accounts and sign-in

Access is provided by WaterMax. Sign in with the email address WaterMax has on record, using a one-time email code or the sign-in method you set up. Keep your sign-in private and do not share it. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell WaterMax promptly if you think someone else has used it. WaterMax may suspend or remove access that is no longer needed or that is misused.

Messages and requests

Messages and service requests you send through the application are delivered to WaterMax staff and kept on your account. Sending a request is not a confirmed booking: a visit or delivery is confirmed only when WaterMax confirms a date with you.

Quotations

A quotation is an offer from WaterMax, valid for the period stated on the quotation. It becomes an order only when you accept it in the way WaterMax describes. Please check the quotation itself for its validity and terms.

Payments

Payments are recorded in the application by WaterMax staff after WaterMax has received them. The application does not take payments itself. A payment shown on your account is the record WaterMax holds; if it looks wrong, tell WaterMax and it will be checked.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use the application for anything unlawful, or to harm or mislead anyone
• Try to see another client's records or any staff-only area
• Interfere with the application, or probe or disrupt its security
• Enter information you do not have the right to share

Changes to these terms

WaterMax may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
